Choo Laa


Ingredients:
500 gms minced meat
1 and 1/2 tbsp salt - or acc to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 inch ginger, chopped in to small pcs
1 tsp garlic paste
25 gms onions ( chopped )
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
3 tbsp oil
4 cups of water

Instructions:
Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry chopped onion and ginger till brown. Add mince meat and fry for five mins. Add salt, turmeric , cumin, chilly, cinnamon, coriander powder and garlic paste and stir well. Add water and cover it till it boils. Boil it for 3 mins. Serve hot.
